The word “power” has many definitions. Some immediately associate this term with the ability to command, the imposition of a point of view or in the decision-making process. For Sandra Ruiz, Vice Mayor of the City of Doral, “power” means something quite different. In her view, power “is only a tool that permits someone to serve in their community; it is the ability to combine strategies to achieve the objectives that will enable us to live better but always following moral and civic rules”.
